Our whole family had gluten-free BLTs last night, with freshly baked, right-out-of-the-oven GF bread made with King Arthur Flour’s gluten-free bread mix. Awesome texture, light and fluffy, and a taste that even our picky 3 year-old liked. Highly recommended!
…And on another note, since you asked, I will tell you that my secret ingredient for the best BLT ever…is peanut butter.
